AARC began in university research on risk transfer.
The Vision
New physical assets, from GPU fleets to the halls that hold them, are being financed faster than anyone can check them. We start with the evidence: one record of what is on site and in what condition, that lenders, insurers and capital can all read. On that record we build risk transfer, then capital markets, and in time AARC’s own paper.
Programs are underwritten on partner paper.
