About Us

Building the record insurance capacity depends on.

AARC Solutions builds verification infrastructure for delegated authority insurance and reinsurance.

Delegated programs are how a large share of specialty risk gets written, and they are held together by documents passed between parties who each keep their own version of the truth. Carriers sample a fraction of what their MGAs report. Reinsurers rely on cessions they cannot independently test. Capital providers underwrite a narrative. Everyone is working from partial information, and the cost of that shows up as leakage, disputes, and capacity that never gets deployed.

We think that is an infrastructure problem rather than a diligence problem. AARC reads the documents a program already produces, translates contract terms into logic a machine can evaluate, and maintains one permissioned record that every counterparty can work from — each value traceable to the page it came from.

The longer-term goal is simple to state: verified programs are financeable programs. The more reliably risk can be described and checked, the more efficiently capital can be put behind it.

How we work

Evidence over assertion

If a number cannot be traced to a source, it does not belong in the record.

Built with the market

We develop alongside insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and capital providers rather than at them.

Permissioned by default

Shared visibility across the chain, without exposing what a counterparty should not see.
