Fund Draws Between Site Visits

The Verified Asset Record at each draw, then quarterly, for lenders and their technical advisors.

The sample hall with each detected item boxed and coloured by the type its record row was given
Every unit located and graded, shown on the sample capture of a synthetic test hall.

Four Answers for Lenders

What you get

The record at each draw, then every quarter: serials matched to the invoice and your collateral list, missing units first, a grade per unit.

What it costs

$1,500 per MW per quarter, paid by the borrower. If the record misses, that quarter’s fee is refunded.

How to start

Take one of ten founding-lender slots. Technical advisors resell the record at list and keep 15%.

What it proves

Which units on the collateral list are on site and in what condition at the date of capture, with the frames behind every line.

What the Record Looks Like
