Pricing for Risks with No Loss History
PPOI prices from the measured site and the record, not from loss history that does not exist yet.

The EvidenceToday
In backtests on public NAIC Schedule P data, PPOI cut pricing error by 48.56% against the industry prior. Schedule P holds no data-center losses yet, so this tests the method, not data-center accuracy.

What It Does
Prices from evidence
PPOI connects the record and the vision model to price a risk that has no loss history.
Licensed per program
Capacity providers and carriers license PPOI pricing for a fixed annual fee per program, with the record behind each risk.
Dual triggers, inside PPOI
Trigger one is set per program and groups policies on one peril basis. Trigger two verifies each customer’s actual loss with 3D asset AI. The payout is the lesser of the tier cap times the limit and the verified loss. Dual triggers stay inside PPOI until a program uses them.
What PPOI Reads
Screens from the AARC demo, running on public Schedule P data and a sample capture of a synthetic test hall.
